Delivery Information

We only deliver to Australian addresses.

For fast delivery, all orders are dispatched using Australia Post eParcel, Startrack or Fastways. If a parcel is dispatched, and when Australia Post, Startrack or Fastways attempt delivery, no one is home, they will leave a "calling card" either in the letterbox or at the front door, notifying you of the parcel delivery attempt. This notice will include the location of the parcel, generally your local post office or depot, where it can be picked up. In order to pick up a parcel of this nature, some photo ID, proof of living at that address and a signature will be required to be presented. This is to assist in the prevention of fraud.

Discrete & Secure Packaging

All orders are packaged in either plain cardboard boxes or plain postal satchels. Further, they are double wrapped to prevent identification of the contents and packaged with padding to minimise damage.

Flat-Rate Delivery

For your convenience, we offer flat-rate delivery and in many circumstances, the actual cost of delivery can be a lot higher than what has been charged, but this is subsidised by us, to make it a flat rate for you.

Free Delivery

To qualify for free delivery your order value must exceed AUD$100.00 excluding gift vouchers and delivery charges.

Delivery Timeframes

All parcels are sent via either the Australia Post eParcel, Startrack, or Fastways. From our experience, this means 3-4 working days for most Australian capital cities and 5-7 working days for regional and remote part of WA or Queensland.

Delivery Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking, meaning at any point in time you can track your parcel. The tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, however it should be noted that it can take 6-12 hours to update tracking information.

Non-delivery of Parcels

If a parcel is dispatched, and when Australia Post, Startrack or Fastways attempt delivery, no one is home, your parcel will only be held for a limited time before being returned to us. In this case, you will be contacted and an additional charge may be required to resend the parcel.

Non-Receipt of Parcel

We follow normal Australia Post regulations, meaning we will wait 7 business days, to see if the parcel turns up. If it has still not turned up, then we launch the formal investigation.

In the very unlikely event of a parcel being lost during transit, then we can and always do launch a formal investigation with Australia Post, Startrack or Fastways and seek to locate the parcel. This will take a few days to complete, but they can and do generally find parcels that have been lost in the process, or miss-delivered. Recovery of these parcels is possible if reported within a timely manner.

You have 14 days in which to report non-receipt of your parcel. Outside of 14 days it is unlikely that we will be able to recover your parcel and no replacement or refund will be offered.

Damaged, Missing, Incorrect & Faulty Items

While we do our very upmost to ensure your order arrives with the correct, undamaged items, accidents do happen. In the unlikley event of a faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing item, you have 48 hours from delivery time to notify us of the issue and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
